1. About these terms

These terms apply when a business accepts a proposal from Bylo Solutions, a trading name of BYLO LTD (company no. 16985464). Your proposal sets out what we will build, the price and the timeline. If the proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins. We work with businesses, not consumers.

2. What we do

We build the system or website described in your proposal, then host, support and improve it for as long as your monthly plan runs.

3. Paying us

• The setup fee is paid in two halves: 50% when you accept the proposal, 50% at go-live.
• The monthly fee starts at go-live and is collected by Direct Debit.
• Invoices are due within 14 days.
• If your system uses AI services, we bill that usage at our cost plus 20%, each month, with no cap. [TO DECIDE: whether clients can set a spending alert]
• We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

4. Support

Support is included in the monthly fee, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 UK time, excluding bank holidays. We respond by priority: [TO DECIDE: response times for urgent, normal and low-priority issues].

5. Changes and extra work

6. Who owns what

8. Your data
