Bylo provides your website as a fully managed service.
We handle hosting, maintenance, and ongoing updates so you don’t have to worry about the technical side of running a website.
This page outlines what’s included in your subscription, what isn’t, and how additional work is handled.
What’s Included
Your subscription includes ongoing management and updates to your website, such as:
Website updates & edits
Text changes and copy updates
Image swaps (using client-provided assets)
Minor layout adjustments within existing sections
Adding or removing small sections
Updating links, contact details, and metadata
Design adjustments
Small visual tweaks (spacing, alignment, colours within the existing brand)
Font adjustments using the existing font family
Minor visual improvements to keep the site clean and modern
Ongoing management
Hosting and uptime monitoring
Platform updates and maintenance
Minor bug fixes related to the existing setup
General site housekeeping
Support
Requests handled via support@bylo.io
One request at a time to keep things moving smoothly
Reasonable turnaround times based on request size and complexity
Fair Use Policy
We offer unlimited requests on a fair use basis.
This means your subscription is designed for:
Small to medium, incremental changes
Ongoing improvements over time
Requests that are unusually large, complex, or time-intensive may fall outside fair use.
If that happens, we’ll always let you know before doing any work.
What’s Not Included
Some requests fall outside the scope of your subscription and are handled separately:
Larger design & structural changes
Full website redesigns
Homepage rebuilds
Major layout or navigation changes
Rebrands or new visual identities
Custom functionality
Custom forms or advanced logic
Third-party integrations (CRMs, APIs, booking systems, etc.)
Membership areas, dashboards, or portals
E-commerce features
Content-heavy work
Writing large amounts of copy from scratch
Ongoing content or SEO strategy
Uploading or managing large content libraries
External services
Paid advertising setup or management
Analytics configuration beyond basic setup
Email marketing systems
Hosting outside Bylo’s infrastructure
How Out-of-Scope Requests Work
If a request falls outside your subscription:
We’ll let you know it’s out of scope
We’ll offer a one-off quote for the work
You can choose to:
Proceed with the quote
Adjust the request to fit your subscription
Skip the work entirely
All one-off work is scoped and paid separately.
Website Ownership & Export
Websites are provided as a managed service.
Your website is hosted and maintained by Bylo
Ownership of the site remains with Bylo while your subscription is active
If you choose to leave and want a copy of your website, you can request an export for a one-time fee of £999
The export includes:
Website files and code
No ongoing support or migration assistance after delivery
Cancelling Your Subscription
Subscriptions have a minimum term of six (6) months
After the minimum term, you may cancel at any time
Upon cancellation:
Website access ends
The site may be taken offline unless an export is requested
